About Baifan
A manufacturer from a county town.
Henan Baifan Industrial Group was founded in 2012 and grew from water treatment into a group with solar lighting, water equipment and medical businesses. We are not a trading company with a catalogue; we are the people who assemble the thing.

The group is founded
Henan Baifan Industrial Group is established in Zhengzhou, working on water treatment for households and small commercial sites.
- 2015
Water equipment company
Baifan Water Treatment Equipment is set up as a dedicated division, adding commercial RO systems and community water stations.
- 2018
Solar lighting division
Solar street lighting, flood lighting and SKD assembly are added, sharing the group's electronics and metalworking supply chain.

Rural lighting programmes
Solar street lighting supplied for village access roads, including a programme in Xinmi with a local media partner.
- 2023
Community water stations
IoT vending stations enter the range, adding remote monitoring to the water division.
- 2025
300 lights in Jiyuan
A public donation programme delivers 300 solar street lights through the local veterans affairs office.
- 2026
Export desk
English documentation, SKD kits and market files are built out for distributors, installers and municipal buyers.

The lights we gave away.
Rural lighting is our product category and also a public good. We treat donation programmes as engineering projects, not photo opportunities: same luminaires, same warranty, same installation standard.
