Lianxi Avenue: 280 lights commissioned and filmed at night

What was delivered

Two hundred and eighty all-in-one solar street lights on Lianxi Avenue in Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang. The district transport bureau ran the programme; the urban section was due on 26 August and the full line was lit in early September.

Why the night drive matters

A daylight photograph proves that a pole exists. It does not prove that the LED is connected, that the controller woke up, or that the panel is facing the right way. The commissioning file for this road is a night drive with both carriageways on camera and the time stamp visible.

It is a small ritual that changes behaviour. A crew that knows the road will be filmed after dark tightens the bracket the first time.

What a buyer can copy

  • One model for the whole road, so the crew learns one installation sequence.
  • Delivery split by section, in the order the crew works.
  • Batch test records filed by serial number before packing.
  • Two spares per hundred units, held by the maintenance depot.
  • A night audit signed by the client, not by the supplier.

What the footage does not show

The broadcast names the road, the bureau and the completion date. It does not name the luminaire supplier. That is why the case is labelled reference rather than documented, and why the evidence table on every case page says which document exists and which does not.
